The process

If you haven’t already, book in a call to talk things through. No pressure. No hard sell. Just a chance for you to ask questions, work out what’s going to be best option for your business and see if we are a good fit for each other (you need to get that feeling, right?).

Once we’ve had a chat and established that we could totally be mates IRL (is it just me that want’s that ‘we could be mates’ feeling when working with someone new?), it’s time to get you booked in.
We’ll discuss dates and find an available build slot that works for you. I’m usually booked up 1-2 months ahead, but this will give you time to gather together your content, copy, and branding etc.
You’ll need to pay a 50% deposit to secure your slot and I’ll send over an on-boarding form (a juicy form that pulls everything out of your head and onto paper) and a comprehensive guide to everything that you need to prepare for your new website.
If you would like help with your copywriting or branding, we can get this booked in with my copywriter or brand designer at this point too.

Once you’re booked in, we’ll schedule our strategy and design call.
This is a really important step as it’s where we map everything out to ensure that your new website not only looks beautiful, but that it’s built to convert as well.
We’ll talk through your vision for how the website will look, as well as your content, your branding, your ideal customer and your business goals.

This is when the magic happens. I will get to work creating your one-page Squarespace website. By then end of day 1, I will send over the link for you to review.
You’ll then have the evening to look through the website and take your time to review everything. You will need to send me your final revisions before 8am the following day.
On day two, I will work through your final changes, set up your SEO and test everything. After one last review from you, we’ll be ready to launch.

In just 48 hours, you’ll go live with a mobile–friendly, search–ready website. I’ll record a walkthrough video so that you can make future updates quickly and confidently (trust me, these websites are super user friendly), and I’ll be around for seven days post–launch if you need help.

* Start with a one-page website. If you outgrow it within 18 months, you can upgrade to a 5-page website and the £600 will be credited towards a muti-page build. Your one-page website will become the homepage, and we’ll build out the additional pages around it.

We can include all of the key information, such as details about you, your services, who you serve, your testimonials, FAQ’s etc and lay it all out really strategically on the one page, with calls-to-action throughout.

Yes. As we’re just building one page, 2 days is plenty of time to get this done. I will build out the website on day 1 and you’ll have the evening to review it and give me feedback. I’ll then revise the page, work on the SEO and launch the website, all on day 2.
This 2-day flow really helps to keep us on track and stops the build from dragging out for months on end (not what you need when you’re trying to launch a new business!)

It’s a busy couple of days, but it’s not overly intense. I will be checking in with you via WhatsApp or email, and will need you to review pages and content as and when they’re done. But I will only ever contact you between 9am-5pm and because we are both focused on your website for those 2 days, we get LOADS done and it’s so much easier (and far less hassle) than backing and forthing over multiple weeks.

You will need to send me your branding, copy, photography and content at least 7 days before your build date (I will send you a guide that outlines exactly what you need to send me and when). This will give me a chance to review everything and get back to you if I think anything is missing or needs tweaking.
I work with an amazing copywriter and brand designer if you need some help with those areas. Just let me know and I can put you in touch.

£600 - Max. 10 productsI will then create a walk-through video guide that shows you how to manage your shop and add additional products, should you need to.
Please note: Adding a shop will extend the build timeline by at least 1 day.

If within 18 months of launching your one-page website, you outgrow it and need more pages adding, I will credit the cost of the one-page website against the cost of a multi-page website (saving you over 30%). Your one page will become the home page and we’ll add in the new pages around it.
