Website SOS Day 4–step process

Take a look at my Website SOS Day calendar and book in a day that works for you.
Please give yourself enough time to complete all the prep work (writing copy, sourcing images etc) required before your chosen day (allow approx. 1-2 weeks).
Also keep in in mind that on your Website SOS Day, you will need to be available to provide feedback as I work though your priorities. The quicker the feedback, the more we can get done.
You can secure your date with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance will be due on the day.

Once you’ve scheduled your Website SOS Day, I’ll send you a link to my Website SOS Day client on-boarding form.
This form will help you to get everything out of your head and onto paper, and figure out exactly what needs updating on your website and what your priorities and goals are.
We will also schedule your strategy call to talk through the form and put together a plan for the day.

Your Website SOS Day is here.
I will start around 9.00am and jump straight in editing and updating your website. I will work through the priority list we created during the strategy call, starting with the most important updates and going from there.
We’ll communicate via email, Instagram or WhatsApp (whatever you prefer), jumping onto a Google Meet call if needed. It’s important that you are available all day for feedback.
While this is very much a collaborative process, it’s not an an in-person intensive, so you won’t be required to sit on a video call all day. I’ll work my magic behind the scenes, checking in with you as and when.
I usually wrap up around 2.30pm (I work on your website for a full 5 hours, with 30 mins for lunch).

At the end of the day, I’ll send you an email letting you know exactly what I’ve done, with any notes I’ve made along the way.
If there is anything on the list that I haven’t been able to complete, you will have the option to bolt-on additional time by the hour, though this isn’t usually necessary.
I’ll be available for 7 days via email if you have any questions about any of the work we have done.

Here’s everything you need to know about your Website SOS Day. I’ll dive into your Squarespace website, tackle your problem areas, give it a glow-up and hand it back looking fresh, polished and ready to convert.
£600 for a focused one-day Website SOS session. Five focused hours where I roll up my sleeves and blitz through your Squarespace to-do list.
Strategy call (60 minutes). We’ll map out exactly what’s stressing you out so I can prioritise what matters most.
Head-down design time (5 hours). You get to step away while I fix, tweak, and polish. By the end, your website will feel refreshed and ready to show off.
Squarespace only. Because it’s what I do best, and where I can get you the fastest, smartest results
No tech skills required. I’ll handle all of the messy backend stuff.
Post SOS Day review. I’ll send you a full review of everything I’ve done, with all of my notes and recommendations (if I spot something that could be improved but it’s not on our list, I’ll write it down and let you know).

Please note: When you book a Website SOS Day, you’re booking a day of my time, not a guaranteed checklist of deliverables. Thanks to my process, experience and Squarespace wizardry, I can knock out a ton in that time. But how much we get done depends on two things: how quickly you respond during the day, and how prepped you are before we start. So choose your date wisely and give yourself enough time to get your homework done - it makes all the difference.

You have my undivided attention for 5 hours (plus an hour long strategy call), so hit me with your to-do list and let’s get it done.

A lot. With my refined processes and 20+ years experience, we’ll make major progress, but the exact amount depends on how prepared you are beforehand and how quickly you respond to feedback requests during the day.

Yes. You’ll need to be available to respond quickly when I send updates or questions so that we can keep the momentum going. This can be via email, WhatsApp or Instagram DM.

Prep is key. If you’re not ready, the day won’t be as productive or you may end up losing your Website SOS day and forfeiting your deposit. I recommend choosing a date that gives you plenty of time to gather your copy, images and priorities. I will help you plan out exactly what you need to get ready.

The Website SOS Day is 5 hours long. This isn’t enough time to build a website from scratch (or at least a website that’s worth having). Nor is it enough time to completely redesign. an existing website.
