Jo is a talented wedding florist based in Kent.
She came to me after having a very bad experience with her previous website designer. As a result, she was a little hesitant and had avoided reaching out to new website designers for quite some time.
However, we hit it off right away and in Jo’s words, “I wish I'd found you sooner!”. Jo had such a fantastic vision for how she wanted her website to feel, and I loved bringing that vision to life. This wasn’t just about have a website that looked good, she wanted it to speak directly to her target audience and give them that “You’re the only florist for me” feeling as soon as they landed on the website.

You seemed approachable and fuss free.
How did you feel before we started working together? What problems did you have and what made you want a new website?
Overwhelmed by tech. Didn't really know where to start. Had a very bad experience with a previous web developer. My current website needed a drastic overhaul that would give the end user the right content and reflect my business.
How have you found the process from start to finish?
Great - to start I was a little unsure of what I really needed in the way of actual content but this is about finding your own true voice. The tick sheet was very helpful as was the copy writing guide. I had a little wobble at the end of day one where I thought maybe I should have given myself longer but as I saw day two unfolding, I was very happy in my decision. The Loom videos are very helpful too and I think that they are supportive to the end user.
How do you feel you and your business will benefit from having this new website?
I'm personally very happy. I think that my business will benefit by giving potential clients a wider feel for who I am and what I do.
What would you tell someone who was considering working with Studio Emm for their new website?
