Could your website be better?
Let’s find out with a website audit.
Find out exactly what you need to do to improve your existing website to get more sales and more conversions.
Chances are, your website could be working a lot harder for your business.
I see it all the time, websites that are good, but not great. They look quite nice and they have a bit of information on there and some contact details, but they aren’t doing anything more than that. They are just sat there, lifeless, just incase someone decides to look but with no real goals, intention or purpose.
If this sounds like your website, I guarantee it could be so much better. Let’s find out how.
Your website should…
Accurately represent your brand.
Encourage visitors to take action.
Look great on a mobile.
Build connection between you and your audience.
Attract your ideal customer.
Make people feel something.
Be really easy to use.
Address your client’s pain points.
Show your customers that you understand them.
Have solid SEO foundations.
Have social proof.
Look really, really good.

This is perfect for you if you already have a website, but you want to make it work harder for your business.
I will carry out an in-depth review of your website, looking at the layout, content, copy (wording), user experience, user journey, imagery and SEO. I’ll then record a 30-minute Loom video that will talk you through my recommendations and the changes I recommend you make in order to improve your website and bring in more sales and conversions.
(Audit will cover a maximum of 8 key website pages)
“Thank you for everything Jen, I really appreciate your hard work, and how you built my site for me. It's how I wanted it to look and feel, and although it was built by you, it has my personality in it, and that is exactly what I wanted.”

Website Audit
Frequently Asked Questions
-
I will send you a questionnaire to complete that asks you more about your website and your business goals. Once I have that back, I’ll complete a full audit of your website. I’ll then record a 30 minute Loom video where I'll share my thoughts and recommendations on how you can improve your website.
-
No. To help keep the cost of the audit low, I don’t provide a written audit. Once the audit is complete, we will talk about it during our 30 minute video chat, where you can make notes. I will also send you a link to a replay of the video chat so that you can refer back to it later.
-
No. I will complete the audit as outlined above and give you all of my suggestions and recommendations so that you can make the changes yourself.
If your website is built in Squarespace, I’m happy to discuss making the changes and updates for you but this will be at an additional cost. If your website is built in another platform, I’d recommend you speak to your website developer once you've had the audit back.
-
The answers you provide in your audit questionnaire will form the basis on my audit. Generally speaking, however, I will look at the layout of each page, the content, the imagery, the customer journey, the copy, the call to actions, the usability and the SEO.
-
No. This is not about a major website redesign. This is about working with what you already have. If you are concerned about your branding or overall website design, it might be worth booking a discovery call instead and we can take a look together and work out what would be best for you and your business.
-
Not at all. That’s not what the website audit is about. It’s about helping you to improve your current website and make it work harder for your business.
